Ultimate Visuals offers 4 packages that capture as little or as much of your day as you wish! Whichever package you choose, we will film your Wedding Day with the very latest technology, offering full High Definition quality. All packages include 3 copies of your Wedding Day on DVD and come complete with; a photographic case and disc print, DVD chapters and motion menus and will be fully edited using the music of your choice. Your production will conclude with a cinematic sequence of the best parts of day, set to your favourite song.

We can begin filming either 2hrs before the wedding ceremony to capture preparations, or just 1hr before the ceremony if you decide against the preparations. This allows us ample time to setup any equipment and to be ready to film the groom, bridal party and guest arrivals. After most people have taken their seats, we capture the arrival of the bride before taking our position for the filming of the ceremony. We endeavour to film your ceremony from the best possible position available and whether you have chosen to have a religious or civil ceremony, we will film the entire service which will be shown in full on your DVD.

After the Wedding ceremony, we endeavour to film your grand exit from the back of the venue and will capture your guests congratulating you immediately afterwards. Your photographer will then begin the photo session and we will discreetly film the general atmosphere, in between capturing your photo shoot. Depending on your chosen venues, you may travel to a new location for your reception. If this is the case, we will film your departure and if possible (traffic dependant) your arrival at the reception venue. We will continue to film you and your guests enjoying the day, then capture the greeting line and your entrance to the Wedding Breakfast room. At this point we will leave you to enjoy your meal and will discreetly film the general atmosphere. The speeches and toasts are filmed in full from one static position. The shot will vary from close ups of those delivering the speeches, to wide angles capturing the bridal party and guests reactions. After the speeches we will film the cutting of the Wedding Cake...the Essentials package ends at this point.

While the Bride and Groom prepare for their first dance, evening guests often arrive unnoticed…. we capture as many of them on film as we can so you don’t miss it. Your first dance as Mr & Mrs is then filmed from the side of the dance floor, so that you can relax and lose yourselves in the special moment...the Premiere package ends with the first dance.

Whichever evening entertainment you choose, we will capture all the fun and atmosphere! The camera will rove around your Wedding reception filming the laughing, dancing and general early evening’s entertainment...the Prestige option ends at 10.30pm.

And finally...for those who really don't want to miss a thing, we will continue filming the celebrations all the way through until midnight...the Ultimate option ends here.

The Prestige package is the perfect choice for Bride & Groom’s who love to PARTY!! This option includes filming through until 10.30pm so we can catch the champagne flowing and film all those funky moves on the dance floor!

Ultimate

The Ultimate package is designed especially for couples who really don’t want to miss a thing!! Filming of your Wedding Day begins with the Bridal preparations and continues all the way through until midnight! Your dvd will include an extended cinematic sequence of the most romantic and magical moments of your whole Wedding Day and evening celebrations
